Hi everyone,
I have got lots of troubles sice a few months. I used to use the Xwinder with the version 416 of the software and it was working pretty good until August. I started to get lots of problems while running the programm.
- The first problem I got was that when I launch the programme, the carriage goes to the home point, then it stops for 2 seconds and then continue on the same diretion meaning almost hiting the motor on the right.... We though we just had to do an updates of the software but even with the update it continues to do the same. Furthermore, with this new version I got the problem of the setup wizard loops as someone mentionned on another comment which means I can not use the software...
- Then I have changed the update to go back to the 416 because I saw on some comments that some troubles appear because the update is not compatible with the update of windows10. Now with the version 416 I can not do anything because when I try to run the programme or even just move manually the carriage I get the error message "Mismatch13".
- Then, I took an old laptop with Windows7 on it and download the version 416 but this time I get the message "One or more control boards not attached, check your USB Connection. Operation cannot start". I have checked the USB ports are working.
So, 3 differents problems, I have tried everything I could but now I cannot use the xwinder....
Does anyone could help me to find a solution for at least one of my problem?
