Hi, I am looking to purchase the 4X-23 filament winder.

However adding the item to my cart and estimating shipping and tax, it shows a $345 charge for tax. 

Is this a charge for sales tax? If so, I am in a state which does not have sales tax so this charge should not be there. 

What is this additional tax charge for?
