Winding tow onto smaller spools, Having issues with dwelling on one side, and uneven build up, does anyone have any good links for winding dry fiber onto a spool, I've tried 78-90 degrees HOOP and REG, and the fiber just seems to get damaged or stuck under itself eventually when unwinding from the smaller spool. The dwelling on the left is a problem.
