Deloivery head moves forward

Dear all,

 I am also facing the problem with delivery head movement. After some passes delivery head moves forward towards the mandrel and eventually it hit the mandrel.so my problem is somehow is the same as posted by Henry James (delivery head retraction).

So I should also install the older version of the software instead of the latest ones.

Any tips to resolve the issue will be highly appreciated.
