I'm winding filament (1mm diameter) with my 4 axis x-winder. On the software, i'm using 4 mm thickness to create spacing between filaments on the mandrel. However, when the machine goes home to far end, the spacing is not consistent and there crossing happening between passes. I don't have this issue when the machine goes far to home end. Is there somebody with the same issue? Any clue how I can fix this? Thanks!
